Dr. Mimms is experienced in EMG (Electromyography), Joint Drainage and Myofascial Trigger Point Injection. He is a professional member of the Indiana State Medical Association, the Indianapolis Medical Association and the Indiana State Physical Rehab Association. Retired pharmacist for 40 years. I still hold my licence but due to my wifes painful illnesses which she doesn't get the appropriate treatment for since the 2016 CDC guidelines came out. I focus my expertise on educating and helping the chronic pain community.
For over thirty years, I lived in Alaska’s capital city, Juneau, where is served in the United States Coast Guard. After a couple decades of business management and sales, I became a Procurement Officer and Grants Administrator for the State of Alaska. I was a certified member of the National Association of State Procurement Officials, attaining the level of Procurement Officer III for professional services contracts over $250k.
Now, due to changes promulgated by the CDC Guidelines in 2016, I have been forced to retire from full-time employment. I have joined with the team at APDF to help with grant administration so that others may learn how to live with chronic painful diseases.
